Default T-top Divider Bar Oxidation

Mine has a little bit of oxidation. Ive tried claybar/paint cleaner/polish/wax and nothings getting it off. Anything you guys would recommend to get this oxidation off for good?

I sanded it down to a high grit and then polished. Came out like new. It's been about 4-6 months though and it's slightly returning =\

One of the most obnoxious things on these cars. Is the little triangle part near the b-pillar, window, and weatherstripping doing it also?

The divider bar is off the car(t-top conversion saturday) The triangles looked like the divider bar a while ago but some polish/waxed made it look good as new. I have tried clay/polish/wax/paint cleaner/peanut butter on the divider bar and its not improving. Is it possible to just go and have this re-painted?

Then what is it? Its metal underneath it...I have a chip of it coming off that exposes the metal.

We have a winner.

The acetic acid in plastic cleaner polish will remove the hazy oxidation which develops on these surfaces due to exposure in the sun and weather.

I use plastic polish as well and then hit it with some polish/wax. It holds up pretty well but that piece in particular does take a beating from the sun so it needs constant attention.

Anybody know the part number for that bar? I need the front and back rubber seal thats on it. The dealership has no idea what i'm talking about and they say they don't service that part. Although they were able to find me 2 parts that are really cheap and are probably the pieces I need.

Part number is 10282361 list price $148.95 This is for the center metal piece. Not certain if the small rubber end pieces come on it or not, picture is very clear.

Is that part easily removable so it can be painted off the car?
