RK Sport Rear Spoiler on TA
#42
Correct. I am gettin sick of seing the same old thing on every Trans am. I think camaros have more options to vary in style but the T/A's get the same exact things done everytime. Have to have a WS6 hood, then corvette rims, then lowering it. You got the ***** to think outside the box and to post it. I like it. Great job man. Forget the haters.

LOL - I put a double flame suit on before I posted.
I never liked the TA bumper and spoiler very much. I saw the Heritage TA and decided to get as close as I could with what was available. In the process I saved some weight and got a more effective spoiler--not to mentiion unique. I have a Superhawk hood sitting in the garage but don't like it all that well either. Still working on a hood solution.

You wouldn't be interested in selling the hood, would you, if you don't like it?

Hey, I almost did. I always liked the back end of the Camaro and the front of the Trans Am. Test drove both. The SS I tested was a dog for some reason so I ended up with the Trans Am. They are all good though.

and food for thought about modding the sides if you could find a way to make it follow the curve of the tail lamps and point the end more towards the ground instead of the gas door i think it would flow a little better, i figured you had it slid up on the trunk deck for mounting purposes, if you can find some pics of the heritage ta for some insperation on how to mold the rear spoiler obviously there is only so much you can do before you end up making new ends for it which maybe the only way to accomplish making it flow with the taillights

The Heritage WAS my inspiration. I researched the hell out of this (for over a year) before I decided to go this route. I fooled around with these ends but there's no way to do it without making new end pieces. I finally had to compromise with these end pieces.
