putting it on the front spoiler is gay. Might as well not put it on at all. You can't even see it unless you're on your knees and 10 feet away.

Which is where you'll be to convice the cop not to give you a ticket after you get pulled over

putting it down there is like telling the cop you know about the rule but are going to go ahead and ignore it and do it half ways right

The only thing Ohio law says is that it has to be forward facing on the front of the vehicle. Yeah if the car is parked then it is tough to see but when driving they can see it just fine

Default Front license plate bracket

I have a friend that built this detachable front license plate braket for his 2000 Z/28 convertible. That way it can be taken off for car shows and when you are ready to leave the show, re-install the front bracket (takes about 30 seconds).

He said if folks were interested, he would entertain building them for others. The only thing he is unsure about is whether he would have to make changes to it (length, etc.) for 1993-1997 Camaros. He is also unsure whether they would fit on Firebirds too. Might have to make some changes for Firebirds (1993-2002) also.

He powder coated his black since the car is mostly black underneath and very little of the bracket can be seen.

He is thinking pricing would be $99.95 PLUS SHIPPING FROM HIS LOCATION TO YOURS.

If anyone is interested, contact Carl at absolute.concepts@mchsi.com.

Don't P.M. me ! ! ! ! ! I am just helping him by posting it here on the website for him.

I did the same with mine a few years ago, except I bent it more to fit the exact contours of the grill. I then used 3M body-side molding tape to attach it.
