I did the Whistler mod, and got blacked out markers! I have been doing this mod for a very long time now! i bet you can do it a few hours but i just wanted to take my time and do it right! everything came out perfect... the only thing i didn't like was when i put the plastic clear cover back on... i wet sanded and buffed them out but they still look a lil yellow and not as clear as my other set of headlights! 
when i was putting them on i noticed that i put the black gasket upside down!! meaning when i put them on there was a mean o gap between the lights and the front bumper! so i have to take off the gasket and turn it around so there won't be a gap!
which side looks better????
