Engine Painting Flat black or Glossy?
I bought all the paint and stuff needed to repaint areas of the engine bay especially above the radiator, and head light assemblies, and where the hood latches in behind the nose. The stock paint was flat black. Should I repaint them in flat black? or should I redo the whole area in Glossy black for better show quality? What do you think? How do you polish up the AC Condenser and other metals around it?

Gloss or at least semi gloss
Scrub the AC Dryer (which is what that canister is, the condenser sits in front of the radiator) with some engine degreaser, then soap and water - see how you like it then before you start sanding and polishing, because youre gonna have to keep up with the polishing every now and then

Alrighty guys I spent half the night in my garage painting up my engine bay. I used semi gloss for most of the frontal area, and then used glossy black for the ram air box, and the strut bar. It did come out real nice so I will post some before and after pics as soon as I upload them today.
