Lower or GFX kit?
http://members.fbody.com/ajsrf9/
I have GFX and it makes the car look less 4 wheel drive like
Personally, I like the GFX. Keeps me from looking like the other 10,000+ F-bods on the road (lol)
Seriously though, the lowering will aid handling and get you a nice look. If you are thinking about the GFX anyway, I'd do it 1st. That way, you'll know how low you can actually go without serious scraping problems.
If you lower it first, then install FX, might be in for a rude awakening (JMHO).

ie. Is the kit low enough?
ie. Does it follow the lines of the car?
ie. I hope it's not too low.
ie. Dam, I hope the painter matches the color of the car.
ie. Dam, I hope the paint doesn't chip off and start webbing.
ie. Will the kit fall off if I accidentally scrape on a driveway......
There's tons of worries. At least that's what I think. hell....maybe I'm wrong and just paranoid.
My car came with them and to be honest I originally wanted to remove them. If you lower and have ground FX's. They're a PITA! Example, I cannot fit a floor jack under my car with the GroundFX's on and being lowered. I also have to take inclines very carefully. Sometimes I wish I didn't have them on the car so it would be one less thing to worry about getting scrapped up, etc. but I do get a lot of compliments and Stares so I deal with it.
