Default broken front seat belt guide ;mod

Heres some pictures. Both my seat belt guides for the front seat were broken. I got tired of having the seat belt against my neck because my seat belt guides had broken off. So what i did was get a coat hanger and cut it and put it in place of the original seat belt guides.

Anyone done this or similar? its an easy fix to an annoying problem. And i will eventually buy the stock seat belt guide but its works great for now.

Can't you spend a few bux and get the stock one instead of making that miserable and lousy thing?

Some of those in done in polished billet aluminum would be the perfect solution - just make them with the slot (like on convertible models) on the bottom side instead of the top like the 'verts have.

If ya pick up the 'vert units, they are slotted & 10times easier to install without removing the belt unit at the floor.

My guides are fine, it's the that stupid little black plastic piece that guides the belt into the roof that has come off and is not resting against the guide on the driver's seat. I looked at it, and one of the snappy clip things broke, so it won't stay up. Anyone know how to fix that? lol
