Default What color should I paint my calipers?

Its getting to the point where I will need new brakes on the car soon and I want to paint the calipers at the same time but can't decide on the color.

A picture of my car is in my sig.

Depnds on whether or not you want to be flashy. If so- then red, if not- black. I voted black since thats what I have on my T/A also so I guess Im bias to that color

polished! i think red sticks out too much, draws too much attention to the wheels, polish em' up and they will look amazing

Red

Why? Because Red has become the color choice to denote Performance Brakes.
Now, while your brakes will remain stock they will have that Hi Performance Brake package look to them.

I'm going to be repainting my calipers this summer and I'm going to be going with Red. Once I saw a Yellow ZO6 with Black wheels, I knew it was the right color choice for me.

I think red looks good with the color combo you have.

Bronze is an interesting suggestion too, that might look cool.

The Brembo's on my buddy's G35 are bronze colored, IIRC.

iI agree that polished would look good too, but that it would be way too much work.

Oh, and btw, those wheels look freakin' awesome on your car. It makes me want a set for mine.

It kinda depend's on the color scheme you wanna go with for the car. Black's good if you wanna keep the whole "black" look with the gun metal color style rims? (if that's the color im seeing), but if you want em to stand out. Get em RED.

black. i dont think f-body calipers are very big looking (dont look very high performance IMO) so i did mine black to make them less flashy but to have a nice finished / clean look.

I voted black for your car, but I'm going to be painting mine red with black brackets and chrome "Camaro SS" lettering, but I am also going to have red be my accent color with the red camaro inserts and the red SS badges.
