just did the same thing for mine because I hated the silver behind the black billet grill. I used flat black so I wouldnt have a glare behind the grill. Nice work, Ill post some pictures when my engine isnt in a ton of pieces.

I used a less permanent method blacking out behind my grille. I went to my local decal shop and asked for 2 ft of black vinyl and cut and smoothed it out on my bumper.
