Seriously though, if you paint and ruin those CCW's then I'm going to come kick you square in the dick..
I mean if you're going to paint a rim like that, then buy a cheaper rim with a similar style and do it. Don't ruins something that looks so damn good already..

Powdercoat or paint the centers only, and leave the lips polished (or chrome the hoops, or clearcoat them).
I like the look of those wheels on the Z06s, but not sure about the GTO.

Man I know you love that look, I say do it. If you can get it to look as good as 360's wheels its going to look sick. And if not keep it a while strip it off and go chrome.

damn thats a tough call. I would say go for it, but i would make damn sure it would be to the quality of the ones that are on the vettes. Getting the color to match perfectly would be key. Good luck, either way its going to look badass.

Keep them how they are IMO it looks killer as is. I think painting them would cheapen the look and make your investment look like crap. Leave the color lips on the Lamborghini's and Sylvias.
Like someone else said. I always think they look like a spare tire. I would do the gunmetal...now that is sweet

I voted don't do it, it looks horrible, leave them polished. I think you will regret modifying the wheels if you end up doing it. $3,000 dollar wheels down the toilet. If you are going to be DD the GTO, buy some cheap/decent daily wheels you can drive around on daily and save the CCWs for when they are needed. Thats what I would do anyways, its your car and money though.
