well I'd love to leave my tails alone but my driver has a nice little crack and I thought I would try the nite shades first instead of buying new taillights at $300 or more. I'll post pics once I do it. Thanks a lot guys

Do not, i repeat, DO NOT hold the can to close to the lense. If you do, the VHT will run like a mexican for the border. Ask me how i know... Also, if you **** it up, paint thinner WILL NOT take it off. Again, ask me how i know...

Thank god i found a cheap replacement set of tail lights on eBay.

That goes without even needing to be said. There are directions on the can & if people would follow them & use common sense they would have run issues.

You don't try to achieve the desired darkness in one coat. Multiple light coats is the key. That pretty much goes for any painting with a rattle can.

I got two decent size cracks in my tails, is there some kind of clear epoxy or resin I can fill them with before I nite shade?

very true and they mess up the lights from rubbing and holding in heat. Ask me how I know.
I would wet sand with 1500 then go with 2000 grit.

did the marker lights and third brake light today. Looks great! Taillights this weekend.
