so essentially all fbodies start out as "t-top" frames. just the hardtops have extra body material.
just curious as to how you mounted the locks. i assume you acquired all the t-top hardware to make it work.

The locks were mounted in the stock location. The stop where the pin guides go are already there in every F-body. I just gutted a junkyard camaro for almost all the parts I needed for the conversion.

Looks good man. I've been debating converting mine since cutting the roof is easier than swapping over my suspension, trans and rear end into another car.

Yeah my friend and I kinda put the write up on the back burner. Since this was bumped from the dead (not that I'm complaining) maybe I'll get to work on it again. There's not much left to do so I'll shoot for this weekend. Then we just gotta find a host for it.
