I would really like to get a Weiand and have it chromed but I hate like hell to jump on changing the intake. And on that note does anybody know if Corvette FRCs will fit on a Weiand intake?

There was a SOM TA in GM High Tech with the cover. It looked pretty good. I thought a while back there was a company that made some in fiberglass to allow to paint it but I can't seem to find them now

I'm waiting on professional products to come out with their chrome covers to match my powdercoated blue typhoon intake. Thats the only option us typhoon guys have. I saw c5 covers in stainless on ebay before as well- no experience though.

BTW if you want to cover that hole for the EGR you can get a plate to fill it with...infact I got a brand new one from Specialized Stainless I will make you a deal on.

I dont think the cover covers the TB...just to the end of the intake. If it did cover the TB then you would have a problem being it was designed for a DBW TB and yours rquires a throttle cable.
