Default Whistler mod pic, finally did it

Finally did it. Looks alot better. Didn't take long to do, was easy. What do you think?

yeah it kind-of does, I will have to get more pics of it. It was worth it! I recommend it to anyone!

looks awsome mine are only painted black on the "outside" ring, i want to paint all of it like yours but i am scared of throwing them in an oven?

just put the oven on 200 degrees, it didn't hurt mine at all.

oh, mine were stock when I put them in the oven. I don't know if it will bubble but you can always scuff it off and redo the whole thing when you do it if it does bubble

200 degrees won't hurt them. Your black paint can get to 160 just from the heat of the sun!

Looks nice. I have been debating on doing this for a couple years now, just when I've made up my mind that I'm doing it, I start to second guess it again. I absolutely love the look on some colors (white, nbm, and som especially) but sometimes when I see it on a black car I don't like it. Other times...I do. Oh the decisions.

yeah, I had the same delima but I wouldn't have it back the way it was. I love it. Just make sure that before putting the lens back on that there isn't any dust on the inside. I cleaned it out and wiped it off with a terry towel and it has some lint on the inside now... I am going to have to try to blow it out
