hey does anyone know if the center piece between the tailights of the lt1 is the same as the ls1, because i bought honeycombs and they dont seem to line up with the lt1 center piece, seems like there a full inch off and dosetn look right. anyhelp would be great thx,

Well the one on the lt1 I recently sold and my ls1s were all the same.

They ARE the same....... you must be getting some of the harness on the way.....

start off by doing the wing nuts that hold on the center piece then work your way out to the ends of the tailights t will automatically align itself

LT1 and LS1 rear ends are basically the same thing. Should fit perfect, as LS1 people put LT1 tail lights in their cars no problem.

You know i have this exact same problem...

I have an LT1 Trans Center piece with LS1 Firebird tailights, and it seems that no matter how hard i try, it just wont line up perfectly... pisses me off...

Maybe ill try and use the firebird centerpiece to see if i get it to fit perfect...
