Default Carpet CLeaner

I have the tanish neautral color carpet... I have coffee stains on it from my rear seat passengers not knowing how to hold a cup... anybody know any good cleaners??? got a little blood in the floor board too... anything???

eh I have the same interior as you, and the PO was a smoker and the carpet was in rough shape. I used my Bissell handheld shampooer with Tide laundry detergent as the soap, soaked the HELL out of it, scrubbed it with a stiff nylon brush, vacuumed it up, re-soaked the carpet with plain hot water and sucked that up too. It worked great and to this day no stains re-appeared, and the smell is gone. I also cleaned the rest of the interior to get rid of the smell.

i did similar to what he did, i vacuumed them, i soaked the **** out of them with detergent, pressure washed them. send them through the washer, and let them air dry. seemed to do the trick.

I have had great results with Prestone carpet cleaner, it's in a red can with a brush on top.

Thanks for the replies... I figured if I was gonna remove the carpet I would just replace it... was lookin for another option

I've had good luck with "Tuff Stuff". Comes in a big aerosol can, works well.

I used the Oxyclean carpet cleaner. No steam clean or washing, just spray it on the stain, scrub it a few times, and the stain will disappear.

I second that...use a carpet shampooer with a handheld attachment. The previous owner of my car was also a smoker, and a freakin' pig also. Here's some pics of the before and after:

blue coral , the foam type , works wonders and doesn't take long to dry ...
