WS6 vs WS9

whats the differences in the WS6 hood vs the WS9 hood? is it just the heat extractors or is there another difference? also isnt there a T/A hood that is like the WS6 hood but square at the holes??

ws9 has heat exractors. ws6 does not. otherwise same hood. t/a hood with "square" holes would be a cheap aftermarket hood off of ebay or some ****.

touche . ws6 and ws9 hoods are about the same . i like the mecham myself .

My WS9 fit great. I have the usexcotics WS9 made by roger. The only way to get one is to win it off ebay.

There is also a VFN version. I cant say how it fits but it is much taller than the one I have. I did not like the look of it but it is a another option.

i just did a search on the mecham hood. i dont really like it. i like the WS6, WS9, Superhawk, & the SLP H.O. hood. but i dont like the mecham hood because it doesnt have much height to it.

I have a WS9. Fit is perfect on one side, the other fits a little crappy near the rear corner. Paid $1000 less than an oem ws6 hood and it passes the 5 foot test so I'm happy.
