The average seems to be in the $400-$500 range. I paid a little over $600 for the prep, paint, and install of a Raptor hood on my T/A, but it came with a 5-yr. guarantee against peeling, bubbling, etc. It was also guaranteed to match, and that was important to me since the car was silver.

It was $450 for mine.. total prep and paint on my Ultra Z hood. However remember my car is black so no fender blending was needed. Great job, except no warranty.. its hard to find places to warrant work on fiberglass hoods since its so unpredictable. <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0">

Were you happy with the "quality" of the hood itself?
