I love the engine bay, that is inspiration for me to tackle mine soon. I would kill the red stuff and LS1 decal for those stick out to my eyes and do not match the rest of the engine bay seeing it is all silver. I would go silver and black on everything....clean ride nonetheless!

-relocated cruise control behind pcm
-relocated fuse boxes in the fog light compartment
-relocated coilpacks under wiper cowl
-lexan covers made to hide wiring on each sside of radiator
-hid all wiring under inner fenders
-holes from wiring were filled with body filled and smoothed out
-everything painted with single stage acrylic enamel with HVLP gun
-polished nuts/bolts/washers from local hardware store
and i think thats about it. i have probably $300 iin materials but its just a lot of labor. pretty much anyone can do what i have, just gotta be patient and know where and how to hide things. ill put more pics up later so its easier to see where things are relocated.

heres some pics showing how suff was done, super easy but just time consuming.
cruise control hid behind here
coil packs under cowl. valve cover color is a newer cadillac burgundy with metallic
battery stuff covered up with painted lexan covers i cut with a dremel. i left the stock cables intact incase i needed to move the battery back to the front for some reason. i used my pre-existing 4 ga stereo power wire to run to the battery in the trunk, just connected it to the stock cable with nut and bolt. for the ground, i used welding wire and attached it to the stock cable and grounded it to the frame in the front, and to the frame in the back. taped everything up so nothing grounds out.
battery in spare tire compartment, i bought the battery tray from summit for $35
fuse boxes moved to lower compartment
still accessible from the bottom of the car
all covered up
finished product!
ask any questions ya want....id love to see more bays with things hidden like this, its not hard to do at all!

Any problems with water getting into the fuse boxes there? Did you paint the engine bay with the engine in or not (sorry if you already said, too lazy to look it up )

last year i painted the bay with the motor in it. it looked good but some spots were only hit real light with paint and it was hard to get to. in june i spun a rod bearing and had to pull the motor so i figured id paint it again to get all the spots i missed. its doable with the motor in but you really cant get all the pots as good as ya can with it out!
as fae as water getting to the fuse boxes....no prbolems yet and ive washed it 3 times and had it in the rain too. im gonna weld a thin sheet of metal and seal the hole up soon, or find someway to keep it water tight just to be safe, but the car really isnt gonna get wet much anymore unless i get caught in rain.
