Talking New stuff :) Zaino, sound deadener, stereo, etc...

Well i felt like quieting down the inside of my car for the 7 hour trip i have 2 make 2 get up 2 school. and i was getting tired of the POS stock 15x,xxx mile speakers, so i think they are toast. did alot of research and went with Alpine 6.5 speakers, along with a sony 1000 watt amp just for those, along with my existing 12" subs powered by a 2000 watt amp. then i went with a clarion in dash dvd player with a ipod connector in the center consolethen while i had it apart i did alot of cleaning including shampooing the carpent

did a full Zaino detail added some clear front and rear corners that i had sprayed with a tinted clear, new fog lights, plus i added some LED reverse light towers, Then to compliment it all some custom plates

Pics: ( the power of zaino )

plates

reverse lights

Ram-mat (forgot 2 get pics of ensolite)

clean interior

Wow nice! What did you use to light up those speakers? Just a Cold Cathode? Or LED's? Pretty cool idea!

took me about 15 hours 2 do everything, i was taking my time tryin do a clean job, and i had to do some wiring and went ahead and put in 2 new window motors

And no guys after what i all just did, this car is staying with me for the long run. i was just thinking about it since im gonna be goin to school in kansas, but i just decided to rent out a storage unit (garage) right next to my dorm since its only $75 a month for a 20'/30' concrete floor room with an electric garage door

Where in KS you going to school man??? I'm from SW KS and have a bird.

Also, how hard was it to tear out all the carpet and how much weight did the SD material add??? I have a bunch of boxes of Hush Mat at work and was thinking about doing the car.

very nice car! clean inside and out! but i think you should do a little MORE research next time when it comes to selecting audio components. Alpine 6.5s powered by a 1000w Sony Xplod amp? MTX 12s powered by yet another Sony Xplod amp?
But overall, I love your car.

Sweet man, good luck to ya! I have about 6 boxes of hushmat that I was going to use on a customers car but come to find out someone already dynomated the whole interior. So I think after I fix the tranny my car is gonna get it. This thing is LOUD on the highway and has a strong exhaust smell inside the car. Hopefully it will help out.

Quick Reply: New stuff :) Zaino, sound deadener, stereo, etc...
