Default "camaro" rear taillight panel

how does this come off the body? are there bolts or something attaching it to the bumper?

There are bolts/nuts all the way across the body. Pull the carpet off the body and you'll see them. IIRC, they are 10 mm size nuts

Only the top portion? If your trying to get that panel off because you want to paint it, there are a TON of bolts holding it on. Like mentioned above they are 10mm. You have to look all over for them, they aren't just "on the top"

ther is one or two in each end where it meets the quarter panel plus some across the middle. just take out all the ones you can find give it a slight tug if it doesnt come off look for more nuts.

4 ten mm bolts, the four plastic wing nuts are your taillights. the wingnuts must come off first.

It IS FOUR bolts as mentioned above for the panel (excluding you must first remove the taillights )
