Use some clay bar to take it off. If that doesn't take it all off, then those left over are stuck on. Leave them as badges of honor.

Use a Mr. Clean Dry eraser and when your done use some PAM on there to keep the rubber from sticking again. I use to do it all the time at the race track, get home and hose off the rubber. Clean-up's are no problem with the PAM trick!!

Goo Gone works absolutly amazing here. Soak it with a few good sprays and wait like a min. Then just wipe it right off. I wouldn't screw up a good clay bar for this BTW. Same goes for road tar. Just wipes right off. May have to rewax it afterwards. I usually do anyway.

i've put paint thinner on a rag before and wiped at it until it came completely off. but that was on my old 6 banger Camaro, plus it was white too, it was way more noticable than it is on my red SS. but that would be my last resort. and if you do use it, always buff it out with some good wax or compound afterwards.

You might also want to try Geddex Burnout Guard. Just before you go to the track (or where ever) spray on a couple coats of it per instructions. Afterward just go to a car wash and use pressure wash to take it off. Works great for me and its alot less messy than using WD40!
