If anybody is interested in some simular bump stops this is whats involved with putting them on.
Before:

To put them on you have to cut off the lp that hangs down...then flatten the surface so it will bolt on flat. I used an air file.

Then repaint where you cut/ground and bolt on the new one:

should chrome the bracket for the sway bar links (Part that bolts to the car) and the upper pan hard bar. Everything looks sick tho

-Also do you have chrome door hinges?

Those brackets, the front spindle arms and the brace on the front drivers side of the sway bar are the next things headed to the chrome shop. I just need to find some off a wrecked car so mines not down for a month. IF ANYBODY CAN HELP WITH THESE PIECES I WOULD APPRECAITE IT.

You cant see the upper panhard rod bar when its on the ground and the wheels are on it...so its not worth chroming.

The door hinges are not chrome...again you cant really see them the way I set it up at a show. Plus I dont want to take the doors off to swap them (I have done that before and its a straight PIA to get them back on and straight.) The door strikers and all are chrome though...

Last I heard he still had a few sets available. I dont have time to find his name right now, but click on my name and search through my previous post from about 4-6 weeks ago and you will see where he had them listed on the classifieds section.

97ramsst,

I know what you mean about it never being good enough. I want to post pics of mine, but then I always decide to wait until I get the next mod done. Waiting on my wheels to come back from the chromer now.

Your car is freakin awesome. Although I will probably never achieve your level of awesomeness....I am trying. Just got new Strano front and rear sway bars and had them powder coated red and then pulled some stuff from under the hood and had it chromed.

Keep posting pics please (as I know you will)...it's my inspiration.

The final goal is the have the underside as clean and shiny as the engine...and that will take a little while. I am working on the front suspension next. Then I want to polish the oil pan and transmission. One thing thats taken me as long to get this far with it as it has is the douche bag first owner of it had it undercoated when it was new and they sprayed that **** EVERYWHERE under the bottom. And it has been a real PIA to get off.

But when I am done under there I want to do a few upgrades to the interior (chrome roll bar for sure....and maybe redo the seats with some exotic skin in the center in in ebony....leaning toward ostrich) then I will be done....unless I decide to go with some sort of forced induction!
