Default What I did over the weekend...new shiny suspension stuff

I finaly got all my suspension parts back and put on the car. I got a set of custom made billet bumpstop plates, a pair of BMR LCAs, and a BMR PRB chromed and put on. I put on a TA rear end girdle. I got my freshly powder coated rotors back on, put on my white powder coated sway bars (front and rear), and got on my new mirrored stainless air damn from emblempros.com

Here are some pics:

Custom Bumbstops:

I also have these MBA billet ***** that I bought but are brushed...so I have been polishing them over the last week; They are turing out well but are a real PIA to do!

The problem with that is the sway bars constantly flex and bend, and while I heard it can be done I have never seen chrome plating live on a piece that flexes. It always cracks at the flex point. So I went with white powder coating to match the springs, but trust me had I thought chrome would have worked they would be chrome!

Yeah, I guy on here was making them and selling them for a while. They were CNCed out of billet and then I had the chromed.

I drove it to the store and put some gas in it Sat....thats the first time its been driven on the road since the Tripp City Cruise at the Nationals last month. So no, I dont drive it much!

But in all honestly I must have some disorder (like when an anorexic girl looks in the mirror and thinks shes fat), because I look at those pics and it looks filthy to me under there (I honestly was tempted not to post them because its so dirty!) I have A LONG way to go before I am satisified with it...but I am just getting started under there, give me a few months!
