Hey can any of the 6LE guys confirm the exhaust tip openings of the dual valance? Kooks dual tips are 8" across...TIA

I REALLY want to redesign our center console. Trying to figure out if there is a compromised space that I could make ONE console with ONE opening for BOTH A4 and M6 and then just make different plates (like pictured above) for the different models.

Anyone ever stuck a M6 console top on an A4?

 

Might be the finally piece to the puzzle....

 

6le, it wasn't a stock a4 shifter but a couple weeks ago I swapped my 94 auto console for a newer style m6 console. The shifter had to be move 2-3 inches forward and a inch toasted the passenger side in order to fit center. I don't know if that helps any

 

I've heard Guys with autos swappin tothe m6 console and using a boot cover.

 

the gated shifter looks siiick, but idk... my trans shakes so much at idle (much less shifting under throttle); i guess itd have to be mounted to the trans. shifter/gate/boot/insulation/console combo products ftw!
