Default adjust kickdown

well, I have a T/A with a 2.73 axle.

when I punch it from 30, it doesnt kickdown to 1st, it just stays in second, and lugs the motor, and it pulls like crap till you get up to about 55.

so, what can I do so that it will kickdown if I am racing from a 30-35 roll.

it pulls 2nd gear until like 95-100.....aaaaaahahahahaha......I hate 2.73's

This is all just bits in the box, factory settings are
simply dumb (guess it got them 0.2 average MPG on
the EPA drive cycle, or something). It's a simple
tune problem (which of course needs an expensive
tool to fix).
