Default Ordered my circle D converter today

Finally ordered a converter for my car today. There are so many good companies out there making this a hard decision. After seeing the results that members from this board have been achieving and speaking to my transmission guy. I have no doubts I made the right decision

Looking forward to hitting the track in 2009

Thumbs up

Good choice. What converter did you order and which one did you previously have? But damn..you already have a bad *** setup.

The stage III

I have a Vig4400 that was speced for a cam only LS1. My motor pretty much over powers it.

The converter was great in the 60ft but really hurt me on the top end. I'm hoping to gain a couple of mph and a couple tenths with the Circle D

I know, I'm trying to find the right converter for me and there are so many great companies these days. I am leaning towards the Circle D, but keeping my options open til the snow is gone. I have a score to settle so I want the right one!

Keep us updated.

Good luck with the new converter. Circle D makes a nice piece and we have quite a few running them. Vince

I dont wanna start any shop wars, or A vs B drama but is there any reason why these converters would perform better for a certain combo as opposed to others?

Im looking for any increase I can get.

Effeciency is the only thing that comes to mind. That and a good match for your combo.
