I have a Performabuilt Lvl 2. So far I have no zero issues with it. It shifts great and feels super solid. The customer support that Frank offers is top notch which is so important just in case you do have any small issues that arise. You also can not beat the lifetime $950 dollar rebuild deal they have. I have not heard of xtreme performance transmission honestly, not saying they aren't good, just have not seen any info about them.

It sounds like they use the right parts, and they have a one year warranty. That is a good thing. However, that brings them equal to Performabuilt, not ahead.
Due to the PB support on this site, and their very positive attitude for supporting forum members, I would have to vote for PB.
Quality equal, support better, you make the choice.
