Effin trans! Again!
Did the new trans get a new torque converter? Cooler clogged?
I still call bullshit on this entire thread, you're either making this **** up, or you're making very bad decisions.
OR your buddy owns the sponsored shop and your making up scenarios that no one can figure out, only for him to come to the rescue and fix it all in 30 minutes making him look like a genius.
The computer never turned the check engine light on because it wasn't missing bad enough. The filter in the tank unit stills needs repair and i'm guessing number 8 cylinder needs valve seals. At 130k i guess its time for some freshening up. It always has used some oil and i guess number 8 cylinder is the culprit all along.
I gotta thank Mike at Rapid again for seeing there was a real problem hiding some place in this mess and not thinking i was nuts.
Call it all bs if you like...but it is what it is.
If you really think i could make all this sheeet up YOU are the one that needs help. I couldn't possibly make up all this crap.
I did see Elvis once but he was still alive so that don't count. LOL
About your plugs, they're not melted. At your mileage they're probably just worn down.
Stock have Platinum tips, Platinum has a melting point of 3221.6 degrees Fahrenheit. Aluminum (not necessarily the exact alloy your block and heads are made of) melts at 1220.45 Fahrenheit. Porcelin melts around 2500* depending on how it's made and whats in it.
Your plugs are simply worn out, pretty consistant with your clogged fuel filter, mileage, and burned down transmission.
Its very obious to me you are a back yard mechanic....sorry jr you still need yer momma! LOL

Car werks fuggin nice again ...oh yeah ...now if the dam trans will stop its pump vibrating it will be all good again. I may just find a pro to fix the dam thing. dealing with gm dealers poor techs is redicules. two gm techs drie the car 3 times with their tech 2 scanners hooked up and never seen the plugs were fried?????? I know where i'll NEVER go for help again.
whats even sillier the 1st tech was driving the car with the fuel trims at +8 and never bothered to check the fuel filter. IT WAS COMPLETELY BLOCKEd. SHEEET i don't even need a tech 2 to tell me if the fuel trims are that high you got fuel delivery trouble. What the truck do they teach todays kids??????
Moron from above i'm done with you so don't bother posting nomo of yer silly sheeet. Go play in the street with yer worn out plugs.

And what about you claiming 35 years experience and can't check a spark plug? Oh gee, it's the new technology right? spark plugs have really changed a lot in 35 years. I'm waiting for your next problem, can't imagine how ridiculous it'll be.
Thanks for sharing "how idiots go about auto repair"
It's a fried transmission, nope it's the brakes, bad fuel, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, oh wait it's just the sparkplugs

Only took you two months to figure that out.
