I just noticed a vibration when I get to 70 mph. Could it be my u-joints or a drive shaft? Or maybe something else?

Check U-joints first, and make sure the driveshaft is straight. Also, try dropping the car in "D" from "OD" and see if that changes the problem. Could also be a tire issue, of course. Check for any abnormal or uneven wear on the tires. Does the problem occur only while accelerating, decellerating, crusing, or any time over 70?
Based on this and your other post, and your post count, I'm guessing you just bought this car? How many miles, and where are you located? Mabey one of the board members who's local can look over the car for you...

Yes I just got the car. It has 76,000 miles on it. I am in Greensboro North Carolina. If someone could help me that would be great. I am going to Piedmont Dragway on Thursday night 10/23/03. I am going to run the 1/8 and get a dyno on a Mustang dyno.

I had a problem back a couple of month ago, and I thought it was DS related. However to my surprise (I still have to find out how it happened) the problem came from a cracked flywheel.
Just another point to check if everything checks out on the outside.
And also check your trans mount bushing.
