so i have a 2000 b4c camaro and i am putting in a b&m shift improver kit in it. i am going with synthetic fluid but am wondering what the viscosity is for the fluid? and i was thinkin of going with lucas but is there anything better? btw will the improver kit make any diff?

don't use that lucas additive ****. it likes to foam up at higher rpm.

just get some royal purple synthetic atf. or Mobil 1. make sure to change the filter too.

There's not a viscosity to look for. Use Dextron on GM autos.

Use Dexron III since that is what came in it. My shifts got real soft with the synth. Dex IV because it is more slippery. I put Dex III back in it. There is an awesome tranny builder around here and he still recomends DEX III.

redline makes pretty good oils as well as amsoil, they would be my choices make sure you get synthetic
