is a two step for auto or manual trans...

you can use them for both. i know my friend used it on his 6 speed to get about 5 pounds of boost, and now is going with a 400 on the brake. should be nice leaving

lingenfelter makes a really good one with nitrous spark retard built in if you want. it is easy to install
