Default th350 setup

ok i am very limited to "search" from my phone so dont break my arm. But Im lookingfor a long tailshaft 350 what yr car/truck do i get it from??? i want to use my stock drive shaft keep that in mind.. thanks!!

Not mentioned in the link. Don't get a th350C, usually in anything from 1981 to 1985.
To check just make sure it doesn't have a four pin electrical plug on the drivers side.

The problem you might find with a th350c is finding a high stall converter for cheap.
They can be converted to non lock up with a non lock up type pump, input, converter and some valve body modifications. Not worth the trouble if you could have found a regular th350.

Yep....as long as it's not a TH350C, they are just a turd to find a converter and shift kit for.

I've got some long tail TH350 cores.
They came in a lot of GM large cars and trucks.
