i have 02 z28 ... 3600 stall and stage 2 internals after 30 min of driveing first gear gose out then you turtn car off and restart it works again like when it ***** up and ur from a dead start it starts in 2nd and with my stall it take like hella rpms to go any were the code came up for shift solinoids but the guy who built it replaced them and this problem happend again after 30 min from replacing them same code but if i restart car first gear works again , any help ? maybew tune ? or short ? opr bad tranny , it just got rebuilt and it happend 30 min after i picked it up its my daily driver so i have to drive it like this ....

 

you need to tune for the stall code is likley po757 common with a high stall. solenoid is not bad. PCM is just confused. REMOVE TEST FOR THE CODE. Problem likley solved,

 

i think that was the code , so all i need is too get it retuned ? will it hurt to drive it like this ? bc im lil broke at the moment

 

its hard on the 3-4 clutch to start in 3rd gear if its happening alot i would not drive

 

no it starts in 2nd

 

No in limp mode it starts in third. Tkae off in d3 then manual shift to 2nd you will feel it downshift you will only have 2-3 gear manually

Yes anoying perhaps but ok
