th400 swap now it won't start
I'm attributing this to not having the shifter harness wired up. I'm assuming it's due to the neutral safety switch not being wired up. Can someone tell me how to bypass this for the time being? I'll also need to know how to properly fix the problem so I can be safe of course. I have a b&m pro ratchet shifter which doesn't have the neutral safety switch on it.

so are you trying to hook up the wires that come from the b&m shifter to the stock harness from the old shifter? my hurst pistol grip had 2 wires but i didnt use them just connected the 2 wires from the stock harness together just gotta make sure your in park before you start the car... i had an issue getting my car into first all the way and come to find out the hurst pistol grip comes ready for a glide so i had to remove this piece that wouldnt allow the shifter to go all the way back. thats what i get for not reading the instructions lol
