Does TCI Charge to Restall a Converter?

Does TCI Charge to Restall a Converter? Does anyone know if TCI charges and how much if they do charge to restall my Converter. I have the SSF 3500 in there now and i am going to refresh the tranny with new clutches, and new steels. I want to go bigger now that i will have a 383 in the car. The 3500 is way streetable and i wish i would of went bigger to begin with. I was thinking 4000 or 4200 stall. Thanks

I think it would be a good move to increase the stall speed, I've seen the 3800 converter pick up guys a solid tenth over the 3500. Of coarse, you could also go with a 4400 or a custom stall speed, but then your N2O wouldn't be as effective.
