Just finished the m6 a4 swap and the car finally runs. However, I am working out the buggs on the wiring of the shifter. I have a A4 harness.
I searched the stickies https://ls1tech.com/forums/automatic...sion-info.html
and in post 16, it tells how to wire the PNP. However, it says to wire pin B of the shift lock to "brake light switch" I have two switches...... One appears to only work the brake lights. However, which wire? Does it matter? I am going to go out to the car and check with my volt meter... may answer my question.......
How about swapping the wires in the connector that is shown earlier in the post..... is this necessary as well as doing the wiring as shown in post 16?
Thank you!!!!
