Very Hard 1-2 shift 4l60e???? I have an 08 chevy pu, with 4l65e. I pulled it apart last week to put in a beast sun shell. I thought all was good. But since ive had neck snapping shifts from 1-2. They bark my 35" tires!! I took the valve body off and make sure everything was right and all check ***** were in. It all looks good. What could cause a slam shift in 1-2 and no others? It happens cold or hot. I love it but it is throwing the generic p0700 code on the ECM and i know something is wrong. I am going to try a seperator plate tommorow.
