I have a fuddle converter in my Grand National thats been going strong for about 4 years and it has been good to me. I definitely agree the customer service sucks and it originally took me like 4 months to receive the converter though.

from what i gather so far. The majority of poeple expierence with fuddle is the converter works well (with the right setup) and their customer service, which no one has to worry about anymore, sucked.

I had a 3600 Fuddle in my 01 SS. It was in a th350. Worst performing converter I ever saw. My friend had a Vig 3200 and was cutting 1.63-1.65 60ft with a 3.23 gear. The best I could do all night was a 1.78, yes a freaking 1.78! with 3.73 gears. Efficiency on the top was horrible. The motor was revving to the moon like the trans was slipping or something. It was actually the converter. It ran 11.83 at 112 mph.
I tried to give it away in the for sale section and the person who wanted it would only have to pay shipping. No one wanted it at all and I was giving it away for free.

I've had my 3600 fuddle here probably going on 3 years. No Problems at all, though I really have no interest in drag racing it has worked flawlessly as a weekend/ nice weather cruiser. I think I bought it right before he went officially out of business. Cant remember what company was on the box but it definitely wasn't Fuddle. From what I read in the past most of his problem was horrid customer service.
