Default 4L60E No Power to plug

I know pin E is the power for the solenoids but what pin number is it on the pcm.

and PE is not fed from the pcm but from the fuse box

The trans plug is getting 15.6 volts to pin E and 16.2 at the battery. Is this too much and making the 3-2 solenoid hold? I just bought a new volt meter so I guess its reading correct.

I found the problem. The 3-2 solenoid wire was in pin C1-71, and suppose to be in C1-79. It shifts like new now, and thanks for all the advice. I guess harness manufacturers make mistakes too.
