Low str fti 3600 here with 2:73's. No regrets. drives nice and tight under light throttle, and pulls hard up top.

I have a 3600 FTI and I love it. I drive the car daily now (my truck died). I think I could have went bigger. The car is a monster when I get into it and when I drive normal
you really can not tell it is not stock. I will take anyone for a ride who lives close to me.

Everyone has there opinions but call the manufactures and see what they say. I liked Greg and what he had to say so I bought FTI. Start with the sponsers you do not have to use them but we do have some good ones here.

2000nhraformula...how are you getting mpg's like that? I don't know anyone with an auto ls1 with any gear (besides maybe 2.73's) that gets more than 21-22 TOPS on the highway from a stock car.

Nice mpgs for the mods ! I decided to go with a 3400 PTC . It hasn't been installed yet but hopefully I can get it in over the weekend. I am curious to see how my car reacts to it ....

Just for the record I got 22.5 mpg driving from ct to nh with the ac blastin full bore the whole time and 50 miles of it was backed up stop and go highway then a little city. Not bad. I have 3.23s and I need a tune.

I am adding a 160 stat this week and getting a dyno tune from Bluecat so my mpg may go up some. It is running really rich right now.

Josh, did you end up getting your stall installed? I have a 2.73 car as well and was looking to get a stall in the 3200-3600 range. Just curious about the outcome and how you like the setup.

Yeah it's in. The car feels and even sounds a lot different. I like it alot. It feels exactly the same on the high way.

It's built by PTC . I am honestly not sure about the str I need find out .... It is about 3400 RPMs though. It almost seems to be a little bit higher too because the rpms flash up pretty high quickly .... I like the way it drives though and I only have 2.73 gears in the back still .

Yes I think that was his name . Seemed like a good guy and very helpful with making my choice on the converter.
