please dont shoot me! i searched and really did not find what i am looking for. i am ready to drill the new sep plate and just wanted to make sure the recomended feed hole sizes given in the transgo kit are the proper size when using billlet servos.

there is plenty of info on feed hole sizes when using the corvett servo but could not find any definate info on the billet servo

i am running a circle-d 4-c 36-3800 stall

With the Sonnax 2nd servo, the 2nd gear feed hole at .093" is fine. Leave out the spacers on the 2nd accumulator. If your 2nd accumulator housing has the PN that ends in 937, then you will need to install the blue spring first, then the spring seat. The 2-3 shift feed hole size can be .110". If you are going to make WOT 3-4 shifts, then make the feed hole size for the 4th gear at .110" - .125". Use .250" Torlon check ***** here to keep from destroying the separator plate. They come in Ford AOD or AODE transmissions. Any transmission shop should have these. Call me and I can give you more information on what you are doing here. 909 795-1876. Dana
