Default What trans.cooler?

OK guys, I've decided on my new trans. and 3600 stall, so now I need to know what cooler you guys are running to keep temps. under control. Any brand better than others? Any fit better? Thanks in advance. Post up what you are running and where's the best place to get em.

I've got an Earl's cooler in my Monte. Keeps her right around 180.

That one is the one I just installed. It comes with the kit and makes the install easy. It will work good for ur 3600 converter. I am going to be using it with my 3400 stall and it is a very common cooler peope use

Would something like this be ok with a 3000-3200 ranged TC with a DD car on stock gears and relativly stock HP numbers?

But in this 30 degree weather temps were 130s mostly. Now the car is in hibernation lol. Cant wait for spring

Like I said ..."get the biggest one you can fit" which should be AT LEAST the size I have and you should be good
Makes me wonder if I should have went a little bigger

I got the b&m 70297, I wish I would have went with the 70298. It was a real pain mounting it up.

It is big, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone running the Fast Toys set-up. There just isn't enough room in front of the radiator.

Yea the guys at RPM reccomend the 70297, but I was just wondering where to mount. Does the fan push or pull? Just wondering if it would be workin against the radiator fans if mounted in front of rad. I don't know if I'll go with it if I can get by with the smaller one dope-style and still cool adequately. Any thoughts?

I have the 70274 mounted "dope style" under my passenger side fog light (Camaro).
