Default Will 160 degree thermo help tranny run cooler?

I was wondering if anybody knew if putting in a 160 thermostat will help the tranny run cooler since the radiator fluid will be going through there at 160 and make the stock cooler better?

It probably won't affect it much if at all. The only real effective way to get the tranny to run cooler is an external cooler.

Running your fans at lower temp will help plenty. The
thermostat, not at all.

your trans isnt gonna be running that hot to begin with. i wouldnt worry about it too much. you already have a decent external cooler on it already.
