I have a SS3200 and with my set-up (3.23 gears) I would be happy with the converter on a daily driver. I wish I had gotten the SS3600 because my car's a weekend warrior. I image you could run the SS3600 on a daily driver and if it feels to loose, you could put some 3.73's in it to help. Everyone has a different thresehold of converter loosness and resuling exhaust loudness that they can deal with. With that said, if you don't drive in a lot of stop and go traffic, you could probably tolerate a higher stall more. Try to find some people in your area that have high stalled autos and have them take you for a ride so that you can get a feel for the different converters.

I have a Yank SS4000 that was in my stock internal '98 T/A and my current '02 WS6 and personally I wouldnt use anything less than that. My best 60ft with my '98 leaving at 2500 rpm was 1.56 and so far I haven't launched my '02 above 1000 rpm it's already been 1.56. Locks up in 4th at 38mph and you never know it's there, but I love the sound of a loose converter at slow speeds

For a Daily driver I like 2600-2800 and stuff some gear in the back. High stalls build tons of heat driving around town and eat gas. Plus they are **** to have lock-up clutch issues.

Make sure you get a cooler to keep the temp down on the tranny as well!
