Default help thud, bang noise in rear can feel in car

making a thud noise shifting into second just right at the bottom of second. makes bump sound couple times then is fine, any ideas i have a 98 automatic trans am with poly engine and trans mount, trans was rebuilt last year thanks i think the car still has stock u joints and torque arm bushing

Broken bushing is all I can think of what would cause a slam... check to make sure your bolts are tight. I have had bolts get loose from vibration of a trans mount and such.
