Stall recommendation
Since you have 410s it will make the converter feel "tighter" around town, meaning not as many RPMs to get the car moving good.
With that said, I recommend a 3600. A 3200 would do the job, just a lot of room for improvement.
Either way, it will be a nice combo.

A stalled auto and a manual are nothing alike, not even close.... Unless you are riding around with the clutch half way engaged.

Also str rate and efficiency in the converter will have a large parts in saying how loose a converter feels. There are just too many variables between his car and yours to give an accurate feel on what a particular stall will be. Even more so if he has a billet stall compared to a stock unit thats been modified like you have
