Default 99 ta trans problem

i have a 99 tans am with the 4l60e 132000 miles it wont shift in drive automatically but if you put it is 2nd it shifts 1-2 all day then if you get up to 35-40 and put it in 3rd it shifs and then in drive it shifts again and it will shift 3-4 and 4-3 all day but if you slow down to under 20 it wont shift anymore then you have to put it back in 2nd and start over i have replaced the "a" and "b" shift solinoids and the 3-2 i also removed the valve body to inspect it and it was all good no check ***** stuck in the seperator plate i have a 4l60e out of a 97 truck the had no reverse broken sun shell internally they are the same and the electronics are same as well but im thinking i have a pcm problem or a vss problem or wiring problem the trans is really clean inside no shavings to speek of the car is bone stock and was owned by a older couple im just wondering if anyone else has had a problem such as this or am i the only one

it drives in drive but if you baby it when it shifts out of second it just seems as if it goes in to nuetral but if you gas it and make it wait till 35-40 to shift then it shifts it seems as if it is electrical problems sometimes and then it seems mechanical and if you make it slip when it trys to go into third then you have to put it back in park before it will go to third again
