is buying a new flexplate a must with converter install? ok well im about to buy and install a yank ss3600 converter, and i was looking at new flexplates also,

im already paying a good penny for the converter, this is 150 more, what exactly will it do? is it worth it?

You have a 00? I think you have one of the better ones BUT I would buy a new one just to make sure. You might as well. I suggest get the one from yank. I think its under 100.
