I will be calling someone at Revmax tomorrow for a price and recommendation, but I must say ,the web site needs some work. I did all the work sheet and the calculator said they don't have anything for me 
,LOL. If a stage 4 billet converter is truly 499.00 for a 2004R,they will probably get my money tomorrow!

I saw the Revmax converters on the web and honestly thought "Chinese knock off". It is good to hear that they are quality converters for a fair price. I need a converter for a 2004R behind a mild LS3 in my 72 Camaro. I will be looking up Revmax for a recommendation. Thanks

Im on a budget so we decided on a stage 3 nitrous 9.5" converter . I am looking forward to seeing what an efficient converter to going to do for my set up. 11s here I come!!!

Honestly I thought revmax was some type of ebay knockoff converter (no offense). But after reading lots of good reviews from them and also knowing they are a sponser for ls1tech, I may go this route.
I'm thinking about the 4k stall but may wait untill a sale happens

I just wanted to add to this and say that i purchased a converter from revmax about 3 yrs ago. Well last year i had my trans redone and figured i would get my converter freshened up. Everyone on YB was saying send it to PTC. They will get you more out of it.
Long story short, I sent it to them. They cut it open and then called to ask me where i bought this converter from. I told them revmax, why? I was waiting for this line of B/S saying it couldnt be rebuilt. Instead they said "It looks like some nice stuff" Pretty much sealed it back up and charged me 350.00..lol
EDIT: Ran 9.30's before, Ran 9.30's after
Long story short, I sent it to them. They cut it open and then called to ask me where i bought this converter from. I told them revmax, why? I was waiting for this line of B/S saying it couldnt be rebuilt. Instead they said "It looks like some nice stuff" Pretty much sealed it back up and charged me 350.00..lol

Quick update.
Went to the track and got a new pb on mph.
Revmax got this one perfect. I got a shift extension of 1000rpm between shifts.!
Car kept going dead rich off the line so don't look at my 60ft or e.t . Lol.
Finally hit the track with my 4.8 gto.
Went 143.9mph at 4000+ D.A
E.t was horrible as I was having issues going extremely rich on the launch and it wouldnt start pulling till about the 100ft mark.
I will be getting it leaned out on the lower rpm and trying it again at the track.
Im sure it still has 1 more mph or so in it.
